Organisers of the Green Man Festival are looking for one more band to open the event and they are holding a special contest to find said act.
Billed as Green Poll, bands - either signed or unsigned - can register at this site. From there, the public will vote the bands they like and get a chance to win a pair of tickets.
The group with the highest number of votes will get to open Green Man - as attended by 10,000 music fans. The winners also get 6 extra tickets.
The Green Man Festival is held on 15th, 16th and 17th August 2008, with bands like Spiritualized, Super Furry Animals, Fuck Buttons, Pentangle, Caribou and more set to perform - read this article for the full line-up.
